West Main Street will be closed at the CSX Rail Road crossing from Tuesday afternoon 5/19/2015 until Thursday 5/28/2015, please use the marked detour during the closure.
During the West Main Street road closure, at the CSX Rail Road Crossing, all businesses on the East and West side of the tracks including Liberty Mill remain open. Please follow the posted detour signs to access local businesses on both sides of the CSX tracks.

The Community Gardens are now ready for planting! All plots have been indentified with stakes and marked off with string for the registered gardeners. If you have any questions, please call the Utlity Office at 419-342-4085.
SPRING TIME REMINDERS
The City of Shelby is reminding its citizens of their obligation to keep their grass cut. Ordinance 662.01 states all grass must be kept no higher than 8 inches.
Ordinance 1060.02 states that any trash or trash containers cannot be placed at the curb for longer than 24 hours.
DIVSION OF ELECTRIC AND TELECOMUNICATION TREE TRIMMING
Oberlander's Tree Trimming Service continues to move throughout the city trimming trees away from our electric lines. If you have any questions, please call the Line Department Superintendent at (419)342-5111 between the hours of 7:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. M-F, or the Utility Office at (419) 342-4085 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Monday thru Friday.
